Types of inliners

Bottle type inliner:

This type of liners are with top and bottom spouts made with suitable film types according to the size of outer 4 loop or 1 & 2 loop big bags. Bottle type liners facilitate filling and emptying of the big bag and protect the filled product from external influences.

Side gusset or flat inliners:

These are cylindrical inliners manufactured as a monoblock and have no filling or draining spouts. They are open at the top and can be either closed or open at the bottom.

Form stable inliner:

These are inliners that prevent the big bags from bulging and protruding from the edge of the pallet. They are space-saving during transportation and storage. This makes this type of inliner cost effective.

Depending on the requirements of the filled product, the inliners can be produced with the following characteristics:

• with oxygen and humidity barrier
• as antistatic or conductive to prevent electrostatic charges Charges
