We are looking for

Apprenticeship as a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Clerk (m/f/d)

  • You rotate through the various departments of our company, such as logistics, purchasing and sales, as well as finance and accounting.
  • You learn everything related to merchandise trade (import/export) – from procurement and storage to distribution to our customers.
  • You support order processing by communicating with our international manufacturers in English.
  • You check our products according to our customers’ requirements.
  • You record incoming invoices as well as incoming and outgoing payments.

  • At least a secondary school leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife)
  • Ideally some exposure to trade through an internship or a part-time job
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • An interest in commercial activities and strong negotiation skills
  • Team spirit, initiative, and a sense of responsibility

Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d)

  • You support our customers and partners both domestically and internationally.
  • You prepare quotations and handle customer inquiries.
  • You process orders using our ERP system.
  • Our customers see you as the central point of contact for all commercial matters, perfectly complementing our field sales team.

  • Commitment, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented mindset
  • You have a commercial or technical vocational training qualification, or a comparable degree.
  • You work accurately and value an independent way of working.
  • You have an affinity for technical products and want to truly understand how things work.
  • In conversations with our customers (by phone), you act with friendly confidence, initiative, and competence.
  • You are comfortable using PC systems for contact management, quotations, and order processing, as well as MS Office applications.
  • You have a good command of English.
