Inner layers with wings
During the filling and emptying of some products, due to the characteristics of the product or special handling conditions, the inner layer can be pulled down and torn, which in turn leads to serious problems.
For such special applications, the inner layer is sewn onto the body of the big bag at the level of the filling level and the packaging remains secured throughout the operation.
This can be applied to all inner layers with properties such as barrier, gambo, bottle, conductive and antistatic.
Fields of application:
- Storage of sticky and less liquid pigments
- Storage of products that are quickly filled and unloaded
- When systems with vacuum discharge are used
- For long-term storage, when the inner layer should not be removed from the outer body under any circumstances
