Internal sales representative (m/f/d) wanted!

  • You look after our customers and partners at home and abroad
  • You create offers and process customer enquiries
  • Identification and acquisition of new customers and business opportunities
  • You process orders with our merchandise management system
  • Our customers see you as the central point of contact for all commercial questions. You are the perfect addition to our field sales team.

  • The organisation and processing of import/export shipments
  • You coordinate national and international transport with suppliers, forwarders, agents and shipping companies
  • You actively support customs clearance
  • You maintain proactive order-related contact with all internal and external parties involved (production, sales, forwarders, customers, etc.)

  • You have a commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualifications in the logistics sector (e.g. foreign trade clerk, forwarding and logistics services clerk, etc.)
  • You have experience in import/export and customs clearance

We are looking for

Trainee in Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management

  • You will go through various departments of our company, including logistics, purchasing, sales, as well as finance and accounting.
  • You will learn everything about trade (import/export) – from procurement and storage to distribution to our customers.
  • You will assist in order processing and communicate with our international manufacturers in English.
  • You will inspect our products according to customer requirements.
  • You will book incoming invoices as well as payment inflows and outflows.

  • At least a secondary school diploma (Mittlere Reife)
  • Ideally, initial experience in trade through an internship or part-time job
  • Good English skills, both spoken and written
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Interest in commerce and negotiation skills
  • Teamwork, initiative, and a sense of responsibility
